Permanent Intellectual Property Agreement

I understand that all Hither & Yon Studio digitals, designs, artwork, graphics, templates, and files are the exclusive intellectual property of Hither & Yon Studio. I agree that I may not copy, trace, alter, share, reproduce, distribute, resell, remix, convert, or use any Hither & Yon Studio designs to create new products for sale or for free distribution — at any time, for any reason. These restrictions apply fully during my Design Team term and continue permanently after my term ends. This agreement does not expire.
